are the wheels on the Safety 1st Acella Sport Travel System plastic or rubber?

Safety 1st Strollers

on most of the 3 stroller systems for jogging the wheels are actually rubber and make it easy to go on or grass too. these wheels look plastic but i need from someone who owns one! Thanks
